Perrynoia is simply a slight twist to “paranoia”, which is quite easy to do with a number of words. The name Perry actually lends itself quite well to this kind of mischief.
One of my favorite sayings is along this line; usually when I feel someone is trying to cause trouble. It is my belief that “It is not Perrynoia, when they really are out to get you”. Cynical, yes… reality???
